Visits document obvious visible, audible, or smell-based observations from normally accessible areas at the time of a visit. They are not inspections, diagnoses, repairs, security services, emergency response, or guarantees of property condition.
How often can you visit?
Away plans offer one, two, or four visits per month. Weekly plans include four visits per month. More frequent needs can be discussed through our estate offerings.
Are vendor access and storm visits included?
These services have separate scopes and pricing. They are not included in Away Home Checkup unless separately approved. Compare service pricing.
